  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Refund Processing

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
